AESTHETIC FAITH

 A scientist was criticizing religious belief as being irrational and unscientific. 

 The Gadfly said, “If I see a flower and choose to think it is beautiful, let them deride my logic.  I choose the imagined beauty of a flower over epistemological correctness any day.”
